Nuovo calendario World SBK e SS – Buon compleanno Lucas Mahias!
A causa dell’emergenza legata al coronavirus il calendario 2020 dei mondiali Superbike e Supersport ha dovuto subire ulteriore modifiche.
Il round del Motorland Aragon, originariamente previsto dal 22 al 24 maggio è stato posticipato dal 28 al 30 agosto, mentre il round della Riviera di Rimini previsto al Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” è stato spostato dal 12-14 giugno al 6-8 novembre.
Purtroppo invece il round Acerbis d’Italia in programma all’Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari di Imola è stato cancellato.
La FIM e Dorna WSBK Organization stanno continuando a lavorare per far si che i campionati riprendano appena possibile, mettendo però sempre al primo posto la sicurezza di tutti.
Nel frattempo presso la sede del Kawasaki Puccetti Racing a Reggio Emilia tutto è pronto per la ripresa delle gare. I tre piloti del team di Manuel Puccetti sono a casa, rispettando le regole diramate dai vari governi europei per combattere il diffondersi dell’epidemia.
Per quanto riguarda i piloti della Supersport, Philip Oetll è in Germania, mentre Lucas Mahias è in Francia, dove il 14 aprile ha festeggiato il suo compleanno!

New World SBK and SS calendar. Happy birthday Lucas Mahias!
Due to the coronavirus emergency, the 2020 Superbike and Supersport world championship calendars have undergone more changes.
The Motorland Aragon round, originally scheduled for 22-24 May, has been postponed to 28-30 August, while the Riviera di Rimini round at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” has been moved from 12-14 June to 6-8 November.
Unfortunately, the Acerbis Italy round set to take place at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola has been cancelled altogether.
The FIM and Dorna WSBK Organisation are continuing to work to ensure that the championships resume as soon as possible, while also prioritising everyone’s safety of course.
In the meantime, at the Kawasaki Puccetti Racing base in Reggio Emilia, everything is ready for a return to the racetrack. Manuel Puccetti’s riders are at their respective homes, following the rules issued by the various European governments in the fight to stop the spread of the epidemic.
As for the Supersport riders, Philip Oetll is in Germany, while Lucas Mahias is in France, where he celebrated his birthday on 14 April!
