PHILLIP ISLAND – WorldSBK: Top ten di Krummenacher in Gara 1, 16esimo in Gara 2. WorldSSP: incredibile Kyle Ryde 4°, 14° Michael Canducci.

Il primo round del Campionato Mondiale Motul FIM WorldSBK al circuito australiano di Phillip Island termina positivamente per il team Kawasaki Puccetti Racing.

Gara 1 della categoria WorldSBK si é conclusa con una straordinaria top ten del debuttante Randy Krummenacher. 18esimo al primo passaggio sul traguardo, il pilota della squadra reggiana ha saputo maturare un feeling crescente con la sua moto e un passo gara costante che gli hanno permesso di risalire fino alla 10ima posizione nelle fasi finali della competizione.
Più sfortunata invece la seconda gara domenicale, che ha visto lo svizzero tagliare il traguardo 16esimo, dopo che un errore in partenza lo ha costretto a rincorrere il gruppo di avversari.

In WorldSSP Kyle Ryde porta a termine un impressionante inizio di stagione.
Scattato quarto in griglia di partenza era secondo, quando l’esposizione della bandiera rossa ha sospeso la competizione. Settimo alla ripartenza, l’inglese è rimasto agganciato agli avversari fino all’ultimo giro, diventando uno degli 8 piloti protagonisti della lotta per le prime posizioni.
Al termine di un ultimo giro combattutissimo, Ryde taglia infine il traguardo quarto, mentre il pilota del Puccetti Racing JR Team FMI Michael Canducci finisce 14esimo una buona prova, ma compromessa da alcuni errori.

Motul FIM WorldSBK opening round at Phillip Island Circuit in Australia ends positively for the Kawasaki Puccetti Racing team.

WorldSBK rookie Randy Krummenacher have made an impressive debut as he made a strong top ten finish in Race 1. After starting 14th on the grid the Swiss got off the line well but ended up loosing several position. 18th on lap 1 Krummenacher continued to hold a consistent pace and in the final stages he was able to make up his way up to ten position, where he then crossed the finish line.
In Race 2, the Swiss rider crossed the finish line just 16th after a bad race start that forced him to catch up from the end of the group.

In WorldSPP Kyle Ryde has endend an impressive season opening race at Phillip Island. Kawasaki Puccetti Racing‘s rider got off the line well from the 4th spot on the grid and he was second at lap 2 when the race was red flagged.
At the restart he fell back to seventh place but he was able to keep the pace of his rivals ahead. With 8 riders fighting for the podium, Ryde came then 4th under the chequered flag, while Puccetti Racing JR Team‘s rider Michael Canducci was 14th at the end of the first 2017 WorldSSP round.
